The Puissant Beast

Whilst I stand on the footplate of arguably one of the classic superfasts of India, I look outside, and see some exuberance. A long and fresh spell of rain has made the difference, as if the nature has gotten alive. It appeared as if everything, the grass, the bushes, the trees, everyone got their life back, appearing so green. Even the breeze had its say. Being so cold seeing the locomotive rattling the tracks, the breeze as if wanting to defeat, started chasing and trying to leave the workhorse behind. But the spectacular carriages, not slowing down keep on tearing the Iron lines with even the mighty rivers and brooks enjoying the race, seeing the train bending like a snake and hissing it’s way along the gigantic mountains. Cold breeze pushing me in, I stand on the footplate of arguably the most elegant train of India watching the nature come alive…
